Spirituality and Recovery Coaching

 As a Spirituality and Recovery Coach I use motivational techniques and encouragement to support individuals in their recovery and in their lives. Helping individuals focus on positive things in their lives by offering helpful suggestions and identifying barriers, helps and assists in creating a positive foundation for maintaining recovery. 

It's about YOU taking control of your life. 

YOU are in the driver's seat and YOU determine what recovery means to you.

 
Recovery coaching is NON-CLINICAL. I do not diagnose addiction and do not prescribe medications. I do not hold a medical license. I DO have my certification as an Addiction Recovery Coach (CARC) through the New York State Certification Board-ASAPNY and my Spirituality Coach through CT Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR). 

There is no fee for a 15-minute consultation.
